At Motmot Studios we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Cat Mafia account and associated data, including information obtained through Facebook when you connect your account.
1. REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION BY EMAIL
To delete your Cat Mafia account and associated game data, send an email to us with the subject line "Cat Mafia — Account Deletion Request". Please include the following information so we can locate your account:
- Your in-game username or player ID.
- The email address associated with your account, if any.
- The platform you play on (iOS, Android, or other).
- Your Facebook user ID, if you linked your Facebook account.

2. DISCONNECT YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT
If you connected Cat Mafia to Facebook, you can also remove the app's access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select "Apps and Websites" (or "Business Integrations").
- Find "Cat Mafia" in the list and select "Remove".
- Confirm that you want to delete all data the app received from Facebook.
Removing the Facebook connection stops future data sharing. To delete data already stored by Motmot Studios, you must also submit an account deletion request as described above.
3. WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED
Upon confirmation of your deletion request, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your game account and profile information.
- Game progress, inventory, and in-game purchases history linked to your account.
- Facebook connection data, including your Facebook user ID and friend list data used for social features.
- Support correspondence associated with your account.
We may retain certain information when required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
4. PROCESSING TIME
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. After deletion, you will not be able to recover your account or game progress.
